Barnet, Peacham, Danville, Saint Johnsbury, Waterford, Newbury, Bradford

On Saturday, we cycled a loop route through Barnet, Peacham, Danville, Saint Johnsbury and Waterford.  We closed the loop by cycling on the New Hampshire side of the Connecticut River to get from Lower Waterford back to Barnet.  Early in the ride, we stopped by the Peacham Acoustic Music Festival (a/k/a PAMFest) but did not linger.  A lady at the Lower Waterford Congregational Church wanted us to stay for their afternoon pie sale but we told her that we were off to New Hampshire.  She seemed disappointed that we didn’t even need water.

On Sunday, the forecast called for afternoon rain and thunderstorms.  We went for a quick morning ride through Newbury and Bradford in the Upper Valley.

After this weekend, we have completed 185 towns with 66 towns to go.
